OEM / ODM & private label

Two ways to work with us: you bring a finished tech pack (OEM), or you bring a reference and we develop the pattern and fit (ODM). Both end with your label in the garment.

What we take on

Everything between your idea and a packed carton

Pattern and grading, fabric and trim sourcing, fit sampling, bulk production, embellishment, inspection and private-label packing.

  • Pattern making and grading in your size range
  • Fabric and trim sourcing, or work with your nominated supplier
  • Fit samples with revision rounds before bulk
  • Woven labels, care labels, hangtags and polybags under your brand
How a style runs

Six stages, each with a decision point for you.

Nothing moves on until you have approved the stage before it. That is how a size set stays a size set in bulk.

  1. Brief

Send a tech pack, a reference sample or even a clear photo with measurements. We confirm feasibility and the minimum that applies to that construction.

  2. Sourcing

Fabric, trims and embellishment are proposed with weights, compositions and lead times. You choose, or approve a substitute we suggest.

  3. Pattern & fit

Pattern is developed and graded. A fit sample is made and shipped; revisions continue until you sign it off.

  4. Pre-production

Approved sample becomes the bulk standard. Cutting tickets, marker and size breakdown are confirmed with you.

  5. Production

Automatic cutting, then sewing by line. Heavy handwork runs as a separate track with its own schedule.

  6. Inspection & packing

Inspection against your spec with photo reporting, then labelling, polybagging and carton marks.

Minimums

What the 50-piece figure actually covers

Eligible standard styles start at 50 pieces per style and colour, with mixed sizes. Certain complex processes and special fabrics require at least 100. The final minimum is confirmed for each style.

50PCS Standard

For eligible standard styles, 50 pieces per style and colour, with mixed sizes. Material and construction are reviewed before the minimum is confirmed.

100PCS Heavy handwork

Specified all-over heavy beading, large-area hand embroidery, complex special rhinestones and certain special fabrics or processes require at least 100 pieces.

Sampling cost and lead time vary with construction and are quoted before work starts.

Start

Send the style you need quoted.

A tech pack is ideal, but a clear photo with measurements and a target quantity is enough for us to come back with feasibility and timing.
